For this project I have chosen my subject to be the Queensgate Mall Car Park in Lower Hutt.
I have decided to focus on this space because of the contrast in light through different times of day and when this space is empty and full.
I chose this space because it is close to where I live and opposite where I work therefore I see this space frequently.
Throughout this project I am going to explore the Car Park in a different way to people that just park their cars there. I am going to achieve this by exploring different camera angles to enhance the way that people view this space as just a car park. By using a tripod to capture the beauty of the car park I will be able to show the geometry that exists within this space. A camera angle that I am going to explore is a long shot which will show how tremendous this space is and the amount of beauty that lies within it.
