Initial Research - Edward Burtynsky

I find this photo by Burtynsky relative to my project because this area tends to come across as a sort of  ‘Car Park’ but for aeroplanes.  When I am doing my next shoot for this project I am going to take into account the angle that Burtynsky has used in this image to see if I am able to achieve something like this as it shows a wide view of the amount of aeroplanes that are taking up the space.

This photograph by Burtynsky also relates to my subject of interest that I am working on because of the detail leading up to the pyramids that illustrates empty car parks although this may not be the case. I also like the geometric shapes and symmetry that lies within this image.
